Danger Crafts – Penelope the Empathetic Monster’s snuggly, huggable body makes her the perfect friend for anyone in need of cheering up. Knit up a couple of Penelopes to have on hand for sympathy, get-well soon, or just because gifts and you’ll end up wanting to keep them all for yourself!

You will need:

• 120-150 yards of yarn in your main monster colour (for body and arms).
• 75-100 yards of yarn in your contrasting colour (for ears, feet and eye).
• One set double pointed needles, smaller than recommended for your yarn by 2-3 needle sizes.
• One 36″ or longer circle needle in the same size.
• Stuffing.
• Fabric glue.
• Buttons/plastic safety eyes/scraps of yarn for eyes and belly button.
• Felt for teeth.
• Optional ribbon.
