United Kingdom: We aim to dispatch all orders the next working day, in extremely busy periods this may take longer. In the unlikely event that you have not received your goods within 14 days, you should notify us immediately. Our current standard postage charge to addresses within the UK is £4.45 for Royal Mail 24hr tracked, £3.35 for Royal Mail 48hr tracked. Orders over £50 in value are postage free.

International: International orders will be charged at cost, and we will use the cheapest possible carrier. Please be aware that The Knitters Attic is not liable for taxes or duties that your own nation may charge.

The price payable for the goods you order is as set out on our website at the time you place your order, plus any charge for postage and packing. We must receive whole payment for the goods you order, with any applicable postage charges, before we can process your order.

Payment is via PayPal but you don’t need a PayPal account – you can choose the ‘pay by card’ option. Alternatively, we are always happy to receive orders over the telephone or by post. Our number is 01394 547077.
 

Whilst we endeavour to hold sufficient stock to meet all orders, occasionally demand will out strip supply. In these instances we will contact you and either suggest an alternative or remove product from your order.

From time to time we offer discount voucher codes/offers. These are to be redeemed against full price items only. Only one voucher code is valid per order. The voucher codes have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or goods. We reserve the right to modify or withdraw this offer at anytime.

Comments

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
