Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations (June 2014), you have the right to cancel an order within seven days of receipt of the goods.
The Knitter’s Attic team wants you to be delighted with your purchase! If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please return it to us in its original condition. Simply return your item in its packaging to the following address:

Please be sure to include your name and your customer number (found on your invoice) so we can process your return for you as soon as possible.
Providing unwanted goods are returned to us in unused, unopened and re-saleable condition within seven days of delivery, we will refund payment for the goods. Please make sure you wrap your parcel carefully as we cannot accept liability for returned goods lost or damaged during transit.
Returning goods by recorded delivery, registered post, or by courier is recommended as proof of postage will not be accepted as proof of delivery.
The cost of returning goods will be borne by you.
Orders placed by credit or debit card will be refunded directly to your credit or debit card. Orders placed by other means will be refunded by cheque. These refunds will be made within 14 days of return of goods.
